Natasha Lloyd : “An introduction to foraging in the Cairngorms”

A talk on the common plants found in the Cairngorms, along Deeside, and probably our gardens, looking at plants used for food, medicine and to some degree cosmetics, as well as recipes for use at home. Natasha is a medical herbalist, mycotherapist and forager, regularly taking guests at The Fife Arms in Braemar on foraging walks. She is a director of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. Her cookbook, ‘Foraged Condiments’ will be published next year.
